Step 1
The nomination form is where you select which categories you’d like to enter, and for which regions
Pay Entry Fee and Submit the Form.
Provide RERA number (In Case of Project Nomination) and Send Company Profile/Project Details/Individual Profile ( As Per Awards Category) to awards@globalgrowthforum.com.
Step 2
All nominations will preliminary be examine by GGF Research Team.
Entries will be sent to our Advisory Board for final Jury evaluation
Official Awards confirmation under the nominated category will be emailed to Awardees
Step 3
Companies nominating will have to agree to take up the GRISA Entry Fees.
Rs 25000 for each nomination.
Awards winners will be announced on 1st of March 2022
Selection Criteria
The selection criteria include parameters like – Infrastructure, Years in business, Annual Growth, Completed Projects, Feedback from customers, and Feedback from the Industry Bodies.
After rigorous short-listing process and judging parameters, our excellent and expert team of jury members will finalize the titleholders who will be most eligible and justified for the win. Our judging panel will include leading professionals and experts from across the realty sector to choose the winner in each category. This would be the 1st time in the history of Indian Real Estate Awards that such detailed and planned process would be followed to select the right winner. GRISA would be the award which one must feel PROUD to win!

Eligibility
- Completed Projects: Finished between June 1, 2018, and today.
- Under Construction Projects: Started between June 1, 2018, and today, with plinth level completed.

Individual
Eligibility
- Realty Personality: CEO/Founder/Director/COO with at least 10 years of experience.
- Young Leader: Under 40 years old as of today.

Terms and Conditions
The qualification is based entirely on the entry presented to the judging panel.
The Judges and the Organisers reserve the right to withdraw any Award if a project is not completed in accordance with the time frame of the eligibility criteria or if successful legal action is taken against a company that retroactively invalidates information given on their entry form.
