Sponsorship Packages: Payments made for sponsorship packages are non-refundable. Sponsors are encouraged to review all benefits and commitments before finalizing their participation. PRI

Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies), GRISA 2025 reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event. In such cases, tickets and sponsorships may be transferred to the rescheduled event or another event of similar nature.
